"When first introduced to Design Master I thought it would be a good way to warm up the design skills. I asked the designer for the design parameters for his design that I would soon have responsibility for testing. I wrote the equations and confirmed with the designer that they were correct and proceeded to run Design Master.

"Much to my surprise, the results of Design Master showed that 30% of the time, the device would not work (assuming a simple gaussian distribution).
